  How long do I need heated materials?

  During the winter months, Coon Industries does everything we can to ensure we can deliver ready-mixed concrete to our customers that will have set characteristics as similar as possible to those you see during warmer weather.  That means we used heated water in all our mixes, store materials overnight in our enclosed, heated plant in Pittston, run steam into our specially-fitted outdoor bins, and when necessary, add accelerating admixtures to our concrete (as discussed in a previous blog).  All of these factors help our customers continue working throughout the winter (assuming weather conditions allow of course!) and…

  Accelerating your Profits this Winter
